Fused combined magnesite-chrome brick
Description:
The electrofusion is combined with magnesite chrome brick, also known as fused magnesite-chrome brick. The high temperature performance is between the fused cast magnesite-chrome brick and the sintered magnesite-chrome brick, and the refractoriness under load can reach 1740 °C. Generally, lightly burned magnesite and chrome ore are used as raw materials, and they are melted into fused magnesite-chrome by electric furnace, and then obtained by crushing, grinding, compounding, molding and firing. This brick application area is similar to ordinary magnesite chrome brick.
Advantages:
Low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, resistance to acid-alkaline slag erosion
Application:
Metallurgical industry, such as open-hearth furnace roof, electric furnace roof, refining furnace and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces
